摘要
[目的/意义]专利密集型产业作为较为依赖专利制度的产业,在不同的国家虽大致相同但又有所差异,因此有必要通过实证研究增加理论依据。[方法/过程]选取电气工程产业和化学产业为研究对象,采用德温特数据库选取国际专利分类号(IPC)进行对应的产业检索,探讨了中美典型专利密集型产业权利体合作关系的差异。[结果/结论]中美两国电气工程产业的权利体相互合作申请专利的关系较之化学产业的要紧密,而国别差异主要体现在中国产业的权利体合作关系中,企业与高校及科研机构的合作都比较密切,而美国的权利体合作关系中则主要是企业之间相互进行合作。
[Purpose / Significance] As the industries highly dependent on patent system,the patent- intensive industries in different countries are similar,but still there are some differences,and it is important to carry out an empirical analysis to help build a sound theory basis. [Method / Process] It analyzes electrical engineering industry and chemical industry and discusses the differences of cooperation relationship of right- subjects in China and U. S by using DWPI database and IPC( International Patent Classification). [Result / Conclusion] It shows that the cooperation relationship of right- subjects in electrical engineering industry is closer than that in chemical industry in both countries. Cross- country differences suggest that the industry- university cooperation is more frequently witnessed in China than in U. S.
