盐酸米诺环素软膏在重度慢性牙周炎中的临床应用效果

Clinical application effect of minocycline hydrochloride ointment in severe chronic periodontitis

目的探讨盐酸米诺环素软膏在重度慢性牙周炎中的临床应用效果。方法选取2013年2月~2015年9月慈溪市人民医院口腔科收治的120例重度慢性牙周炎患者,将其随机分成2组,每组60例。2组患者均采用局部药物治疗,观察组采用盐酸米诺环素软膏,对照组采用碘甘油,比较2组治疗效果。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后2组患者牙龈指数（gingival index,GI）、牙周袋深度（probing depth,PD）、牙齿松动度（tooth mobility,TM）、龈沟出血指数（sulcus bleeding index,SBI）指标均显著降低（P〈0.01）。治疗后,观察组上述指标均低于对照组（P〈0.01）。观察组总有效率显著高于对照组（93.33%vs.78.33%;χ2=5.551,P=0.019）。结论盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗重度慢性牙周炎疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of minocycline hydrochloride ointment in the treatment of patients with severe chronic periodontitis. Methods 120 patients with severe chronic periodontitis from February 2013 to September 2015 treated in our hospital from were selected and randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each group. Patients in two groups were treated by local drug treatment. Patients in observation group were treated with minocycline hydrochloride ointment while patients in control group were treated with iodine glycerin. The therapeutic effect of two groups were compared. Results Compared with pre-treatment,the indexes of gingival index（ GI）,probing depth（ PD）,tooth mobility（ TM） and sulcus bleeding index（ SBI） in two groups post-treatment was respectively（ 0. 67 ± 0. 21） points,（ 265 ± 0. 45） mm,（ 0. 19 ± 0. 05） mm,（ 0. 77 ± 0. 25）points,which was significantly lower（ P〈0. 01）. The above indexes in observation group post-treatment were lower than those in control group（ P〈0. 01）. The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（ 93. 33% vs. 78. 33%; χ2= 5. 551,P = 0. 019）.Conclusion Minocycline hydrochloride ointment has obvious curative effect in treatment of patients with severe chronic periodontitis.
