沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂对小儿哮喘发作期血清IgE、NO及SOD水平影响研究

Effect of salmeterol aerosol on serum IgE,NO and SOD levels in children with asthma attack

目的探讨沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂对小儿哮喘发作期血清IgE、NO及SOD水平影响。方法哮喘发作期患儿75例,按治疗方法不同分组,对照组34例给予口服茶碱缓释片治疗,研究组41例采用沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂吸入治疗,治疗前后比较2组血清炎症介质及IgE、NO及SOD水平,同时对比临床疗效。结果对照组有效率76.47%低于研究组有效率92.68%,喘憋、咳嗽、肺部湿啰音及哮鸣音缓解时间显著高于研究组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后血清IL-4、IL-8、IL-9、SOD、IgE及NO水平低于对照组,IL-10水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂能显著降低小儿哮喘发作期患儿血清IgE、NO,提高SOD水平,效果显著。

Objective To explore salmeterol aerosol on serum IgE,NO and SOD levels in children with asthma attack. Methods 75 asthma children were divided in two groups according to different treatment,control group of 34 cases were given oral theophylline zyban treatment,study group of 41 patients were given salmeterol aerosol,serum inflammatory mediators and IgE,NO and SOD levels before and after treatment were compared,the clinical curative effect were also in contrast. Results The control group effectiveness（ 76. 47%） was lower than study group（ 92. 68%）; Wheezing,cough,pulmonary rales and wheezes remission time in control group were significantly higher in the study group（ P〈0. 05）; Serum IL-4,IL-8,IL-9,SOD,IgE and NO levels in the study group after treatment was lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）,the level of IL-10 was higher than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Salmeterol aerosol can significantly reduce serum IgE,NO in the pediatric asthma attack phase of children,improve the level of SOD,the effect is remarkable.
