探究莫西沙星联合桂枝茯苓胶囊对慢性盆腔炎患者血清IL-4、IL-10及TGF-β1的影响

Effect of Guizhi Fuling capsule on serum IL-4,IL10 and TGF-β1 in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的探究莫西沙星联合桂枝茯苓胶囊对慢性盆腔炎患者血清白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-10(IL-10)及转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)水平的影响。方法选取确诊慢性盆腔炎患者85例,随机分为实验组43例与对照组42例。对照组予常规莫西沙星治疗,实验组在对照组常规治疗基础上予桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,均治疗3个疗程。比较治疗前后患者血清的IL-4、IL-10及TGF-β1水平,观察其临床疗效和安全性。结果与治疗前比较,2组患者血清IL-4、IL-10及TGF-β1水平升高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,实验组患者血清IL-4、IL-10及TGF-β1水平较高(P<0.05),实验组总有效率显著高于对照组(95.35%vs.80.95%,χ2=4.242,P<0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓胶囊能显著升高慢性盆腔炎患者血清IL-4、IL-10及TGF-β1水平,改善临床症状且安全性高。

Objective To explore the influence of Guizhi Fuling capsule on serum IL-4,IL10 and TGF-β1 levels of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 85 patients diagnosed as chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected and randomly divided into experimental group（ 43 cases） and control group（ 42 cases）. The patients in control group received routine moxifloxacin,while the patients in experimental group were treated with Guizhi fuling capsule based on the conventional therapy,with 3 courses of treatment. The serum IL-4,IL-10 and TGF-β1 levels of patientspre-and post-treatment and its clinical efficacy and safety were compared. Results The serum IL-4,IL-10 and TGF-β1 levels of patients in two groups increased compared with pre-treatment（ P〈0. 05）; the serum IL-4,IL-10 and TGF-β1 levels of patients in experimental group were higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The total efficacy was significantly higher in experimental group than control group（ 95. 35% vs. 80. 95%,χ2= 4. 242,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Guizhi Fuling could increase the serum IL-4,IL-10 and TGF-β1 levels of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and improve the clinical symptoms significantly with high safety.
