辅酶Q10注射液对侵袭性牙周炎患者龈沟液TNF-α、hs-CRP影响研究

Effect of coenzyme Q10 injection on TNF-α and hs-CRP in gingival sulcus fluid of patients with aggressive periodontitis

目的探讨辅酶Q10注射液对侵袭性牙周炎患者龈沟液TNF-α、hs-CRP影响。方法选取侵袭性牙周炎患者85例,按随机数字表法进行分组,对照组39例行常规牙周基础治疗,研究组46例在对照组基础上加用辅酶Q10注射液治疗,疗程4周,治疗前后测定龈沟液中hs-CRP、TNF-α和IL-4水平,同时对比临床疗效。结果研究组有效率95.65%高于对照组有效率82.06%(P<0.05);研究组治疗后hs-CRP、TNF-α和IL-4水平低于对照组,治疗后探诊深度、出血量和附着水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用辅酶Q10注射液能降低侵袭性牙周炎患者龈沟液TNF-α、hs-CRP水平,效果显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of coenzyme Q10 Injection on TNF-α and hs-CRP in gingival crevicular fluid of patients with aggressive periodontitis. Methods 85 patients with aggressive periodontitis were selected and grouping according to the random number table method. 39 cases in the control group were treated by conventional periodontal treatment and 46 cases in the experiment group were treated on the basis of the control group with coenzyme Q10 injection,the course of treatment was 4 weeks. The gingival crevicular fluid hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-4 and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical efficacy in experiment group was 95. 65%,which significant higher than that in control group82. 06%（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with the control group after treatment,the hs-CRP,TNF-α and IL-4 levels were lower（ P〈0. 05）,the probing depth,bleeding volume and attachment level were lower（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Coenzyme Q10 injection can reduce the patients with aggressive periodontitis gingival crevicular fluid TNF-α and hs-CRP level,has significant effect.
