基于游客满意度的桂林靖江王城景区可持续发展研究

Research on the Sustainable Development of Guilin Wangcheng Scenic Spot Based on the Satisfaction of Tourists

以明代藩王遗址——靖江王城景区为研究对象,在借鉴国内外游客满意度研究成果的基础上,结合桂林靖江王城景区的旅游现状,构建了桂林靖江王城景区游客满意度评价指标体系,运用SPSS统计分析软件对景区游客满意度调查结果进行分析,进一步提出促进该景区可持续发展的对策建议。

The specific research objective of this paper is Ming Prince Mansion—Guilin Wangcheng scenic spot. On the basis of the research on the tourist satisfaction at home and abroad,and by the combination with its present situation of Guilin Wangcheng scenic spot,this paper builds a satisfaction assessment system for the development of Guilin Wangcheng scenic spot and analyzes the survey of tourist satisfaction in Guilin Wangcheng scenic spot by applying the statistical analysis software SPSS. And it further puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in order to promote the sustainable development of Guilin Wangcheng scenic spot.
