Analysis of the Transformation of Local Universities Based on the Positioning of Applied University

应用型大学分为应用技术大学与教学服务型大学。地方新建本科院校在既定选择的情况下,面临着应用技术大学和教学服务型大学概念不清、认识模糊、传统办学模式、固有观念壁垒以及多元化发展造成的矛盾和冲突,师资队伍建设也遭遇到瓶颈等转型困境,只有认清并解决了这些问题,才能走出困境。

Applied universities can be divided into two kinds： universities of applied technology and teaching service oriented ones. The newly-built local universities are not clear about the concept of them, and their understanding is fuzzy. Therefore, the contradictions and conflicts exist. Only by realizing and solving these problems can the universities get out of the trouble.
