“五个对接,三育并举”实践育人模式的探索

Exploration of Practical Education Mode "Five Docking, Three Education"

依托"电工电子与自动化技术"实训基地平台,制定了电子信息工程技术专业"专业及课程设置与工作岗位需求对接、课程教学内容与职业标准对接,专业教学过程与企业生产过程对接,学校毕业证书与职业资格证书对接,职前职业教育与职后终身学习对接"和"德育、智育、体育"并举的标准,探索了运行机制,形成了"五个对接,三育并举"的实践育人模式,提高了人才培养质量。

Based on the platform of the training base ＂the electrical and electronic and automation technology＂, the following standards are established： professional settings docked with industrial enterprises post demand; course content docked with professional standards; the teaching process docked with production process; diploma docked with vocational qualification certificate; vocational education docked with lifelong learning; moral education, intellectual education and physical education. The practical education mode ＂five docking, three education＂ are constructed in the specialty ＂Electronic Information Engineering Technology＂. And the talents training quality has been improved.
