From the perspective of teaching and research, the paper analyzes the teaching of business administration in independent colleges, emphasizes the importance of strengthening the teaching in the specialty of business administration and puts forward some suggestions on improving its teaching under the background of transformation of independent colleges in order to provide experience for enhancing the teaching quality.
