摘要
在超声波辅助下,分别以水、乙醇、乙酸乙酯对罗汉果肉和皮进行提取1 h,浓缩后得到粗提取物SGWE、SGEE、SGEAE、MPWE、MPEE和MPEAE,并对粗提物清除DPPH自由基的活性进行了研究。结果表明,罗汉果肉和皮粗提物均具有良好的DPPH自由基清除活性,它们的半数清除率浓度IC50显著小于标准值10mg/m L;提取溶剂对提取物清除DPPH·的活性具有重要影响。
Under ultrasound, the fresh and peel of the mangosteen were respectively extracted with water, ethanol and ethyl acetate to offer six crude extracts SGWE, SGEE, SGEAE, MPWE, MPEE and MPEAE. Their free radical scavenging activities were the evaluated against DPPH·. The results showed that all IC50 of these extracts were much lower than the standard value 10 mg/m L in DPPH· assays, suggesting all these extracts displayed good free radical scavenging activities, while the solvent effects had important influence on the scavenging activities.
