摘要
LNG储罐预应力混凝土外罐建造技术一直是接收站建设中的一个难题。施工中发现不同的预应力张拉顺序对混凝土裂缝的大小有较大影响。借助于ANSYS有限元软件,对LNG预应力混凝土外罐罐壁在不同预应力张拉顺序下的内力分布进行了深入研究,分析了不同的预应力张拉顺序对预应力混凝土储罐结构的影响。并对罐壁底端的受力情况进行了有限元分析,提出了罐壁底端加厚的改进措施,解决了LNG预应力混凝土外罐罐壁预应力设计施工中的应力过大的问题,有效地控制了罐壁底端裂缝的产生。
The construction technology of outer prestressed concrete tank of LNG storage tank has been a problem in the terminal construction.It is found in the construction that the different sequence of prestressed tension has a greater impact on the size of cracks in concrete.Stress profile and structure of the concrete tank due to prestressed tension sequence are studied by means of ANSYS software.The forces in the bottom wall of the concrete tank are also analyzed.The improvement measure of thickening the bottom wall is proposed to solve the overstressed problem of prestressed concrete wall in LNG tank design and construction,and the generation of cracks in the concrete wall is effectively controlled.
