摘要
介绍几种常见的管道回拖和抢险的辅助措施,包括滑轮组、夯管锤、推管机以及抢险拉力机。在水平定向钻施工抢险过程中不能长时间停泥浆泵,以防止泥浆固化。夯管锤助力回拖是最为常见的抢险措施。推管机既可以助力回拖也可以反向抢险回拖,对工程保障最为有利。滑轮组抢险没有监测数据,实际效果不稳定。而抢险拉力机有监测数据,该装置可自动控制,连续张拉,同时具有过载安全报警装置,确保施工安全;多台拉力机联合使用时由远程控制装置控制液压拉力机协同工作、自动同步,技术优势明显。
Several common auxiliary measures for pipeline back-dragging and emergency handling are presented,including adopting methods such as block and tackle,pipe hammer,pipe pushing machine and tensile machine.During emergency handling in HDD construction,the mud pump must not be stopped for a long time so as to prevent mud solidification.Pipe hammer aidded back-dragging is the most common emergency handling measure,and pipe-pushing machine can be used in aidded back-dragging or reverse back-dragging operation for emergency handling.At first,the block and tackle mode is applied for tensile machine,but it is lack of monitoring data and works unsteadily.The new developed hydraulic tensile machine possesses the functions of data monitoring,countinuing tensile and automatic overload alarm,and can ensures construction safety.When several hydraulic tensile machines work together,they will be controlled by the remote control equipment to work coordinately,and the technical advantages are obviously.
