摘要 金属管道安装产生的锈垢、毛刺和机械杂质,通常易导致运行的工业产品(装置)发生管道堵塞或机器、阀门、仪表等设施损坏等事故,管道系统投用前会采取人工清扫、水冲洗、压缩空气吹扫或化学清洗的方式中的一种或多种清洁。结合大型发电机组燃料(燃油/燃气)输送碳钢管道的化学清洗实例,阐述简便、有效的在线酸洗钝化工艺实施的方法和控制要点,为同类工程降本增效和资源消耗量提供数据参考,并为产品运行周期稳定、使用寿命延长发挥积极作用。 Rust scale,burr and other mechanical impurities generated during metal pipeline installation,are easily to cause the pipeline blockage or damages of machines,valves,instruments and other facilities.Therefore,pipeline system will be cleaned by one or combined method among manpower,water flushing,air purging or chemical cleaning before being put into production.Based on the living examples of chemical cleaning for carbon steel pipeline which transport the fuel/gas for large-scale generators,this paper elaborates the simple and effective method of online acid pickling passivation technology implementation and the key points of quality control,which provide the data references for the resource consumption in similar engineering,also play a positive role in product stability and lifetime extension.
