靖边油田污水处理站注水系统腐蚀结垢研究 被引量:2

摘要 在注水系统中,污水处理站是最重要的组成部分,通过对污水处理站各个环节的水质分析,得出该水处理系统主要为硫化铁结垢。对化学药剂进行配伍性评价,发现原体系配伍性差,杀菌剂与其他药剂、污水均不配伍,并产生不溶物。明确了造成腐蚀结垢原因,提出解决问题的办法。所用药剂中,缓蚀阻垢剂可以达到缓蚀效果要求,但阻垢剂效果差,且对Fe^(3+)离子的络合量小,易产生硫化铁结垢;杀菌剂能有效地减少水质中细菌的含量;即使除氧剂加量较大,也不能有效地除氧,达不到注入水水质要求。 In water injection system,the wastewater treatment station is the most important part.Ferric sulfide scaling is verified to be the main problem in the wastewater treatment system at Wastewater Treatment Station in Jingbian Oilfield through analyzing the wastewater quality.After compatibility assessment of chemical agents,it is found that the original wastewater treatment system has poor compatibility,bactericide is not compatible with other agents and wastewater,and insoluble substance is produced.Based on identifying the causes of corrosion and scaling,some approaches are put forward.Use of corrosion mitigation and scale inhibition agent can reach corrosion mitigation requirement,but it has poor scale inhibition ability,less complexation ability with Fe^3+,and is liable to produce ferric sulfide scaling.Bactericide can reduce content of bacteria effectively.In spite of large dosage,deoxidizer can not meet deoxidation requirement.
