摘要
通过对污泥处理项目规模进行划分,提出"堆肥技术是否适用于超大型污泥处理项目"的问题。目前,沈阳市污水处理厂污泥处理项目是国内唯一经过实践检验的超大型污泥堆肥项目,介绍了沈阳项目的具体情况及运行中存在的问题与技术改造。运行效果分析表明,该超大型项目运行的稳定性和建设运营经济性良好;机械化堆肥工艺系统也为超大型项目提供了有效技术支撑;超大型项目对于可靠性的要求更高,应该在设计中减少传感器的使用量和依赖程度;车间建筑宜采用钢筋混凝土结构形式;除臭系统的效率提升空间巨大,与能量回收系统相结合,将是今后堆肥技术的重点发展方向。
By dividing the scale of sludge treatment project, the problem that whether the composting technology was applicable to the ultra-large-scale sludge treatment projects was raised. The sludge treatment project in Shenyang sewage treatment plant is now the only tested ultra-large-scale sludge corn- posting project in China. The situation, operation problems and technical renovation of the Shenyang pro- ject were introduced. The operation analysis showed that this project had good operation stability and good construction and operation economy. The mechanized composting system could provide effective technical support for ultra-large-scale projects. The reliability requirements of ultra-large-scale projects were higher, and the use amount of sensor and the dependence should be reduced in the design. Workshop build- ing should adopt the form of reinforced concrete structure. The deodorization system has huge space to improve the efficiency, and the combination with the energy recovery system will be the focus of future development direction of composting technology.
