Investigation on Chromium Pollution Situation and Control Countermeasures in Leather and Electroplating Industry of Zhejiang Province

摘要 通过全面调研浙江省制革和电镀行业重金属铬污染现状、清洁生产工艺、污染治理技术、铬泥回收及处置技术,分析了清洁生产工艺、污染治理技术、铬泥回收及处置技术的优缺点及适用性,提出了实施源头控制、严格实施污染治理措施、积极探索铬回收技术的全过程治理对策和政策保障措施,该综合治理对策在浙江省内得到了推广应用,并为其他地区提供了宝贵的铬污染治理经验。 Through a comprehensive investigation on the chromium pollution situation, the clean production technology, pollution control technology, chromium sludge recycle and disposal technology in leather and electroplating industry of Zhejiang Province, the advantages and disadvantages and applicability of clean production technology, pollution control technology, chrome sludge recycle and disposal technology were analyzed. The source control, strict implementation of pollution control measures were puts forward, and the whole process control countermeasures and policy safeguard measures of chromium recovery technology were actively explored. The comprehensive control countermeasures were widely used in Zhejiang Province, and provided valuable experience of chromium pollution control for other areas.
