广安花园水厂工艺设计特点分析 被引量:2

摘要 广安花园水厂总设计规模为10.0×104m3/d,采用渠江广安市上游段作为水源,取水头部采用防草除砂取水头,原水经过两根DN800的钢管输送至花园水厂。花园水厂工艺流程为配水井/F型格栅过滤器/机械混合/栅条絮凝平流沉淀池/V型滤池/清水池/加压泵房。防草除砂取水头部保证了取水的安全可靠。水厂平面布置合理利用地形,分为四个台阶进行布置,工艺方案经济合理,构筑物布置紧凑,功能分区明确。实际运行数据表明,水厂出水水质稳定达标,出水浊度长期在0.5 NTU以下,工艺安全可靠。 The total design capacity of Guang' an Garden Water Treatment Plant is 100 000 m^3/d, using Guang ' an section of Qu River as its water source. The water intake is grass-prevention and desanding. Raw water is piped into Garden Water Treatment Plant through two DN800 steel pipelines. In the treatment process, water distribution well, grid filter with F-lattice, mechanical mixing, grid flocculating horizontal flow sedimentation tank, V-shaped filter, clear water tank and booster pump station are adopted. The grass-prevention and desanding water intake head ensures the safe and reliable water intake. Through rational use of the terrain, the plane collocation of Garden Water Treatment Plant is divided into four steps. The process scheme is economic and reasonable with a compact construction structure and clear functional area. The actual running data shows that the finished water quality of Garden Water Treatment Plant is stable, the turbidity of the finished water is below 0.5 NTU, and the process is safe and reliable.
