摘要
采用熔融搅拌分散冷凝法制备了聚乙烯蜡包覆型稳定性高铁酸钾,考察物料配比、搅拌速度和搅拌时间对包覆率的影响,用SEM和IR对包覆的高铁酸钾进行表征。结果表明:高铁酸钾可被聚乙烯蜡较好地包覆,在m(聚乙烯蜡)∶m(K2Fe O4)为5∶1、搅拌速度为600 r/min、搅拌时间为40 min的最佳制备条件下,包覆率可达90%以上;m(聚乙烯蜡)∶m(K2Fe O4)为3∶18∶1包覆品的10 d吸水率在0.67%4%之间(25℃、湿度75%),远低于未包覆K2Fe O4的吸水率(39%)。K2FeO4在水中的释放规律符合η=ktn动力学模型(R2〉0.97)。
Polyethylene wax(PEW) covered potassium ferrate with high stability has been prepared by melting,stirring,dispersing and condensing methods. The influences of its material ratio,stirring speed and stirring time on the coverage rate are investigated,and the covered potassium ferrate is characterized by means of SEM and IR. The results show that potassium ferrate can be well covered with PEW. Under the optimum conditions as follows:m(PEW)∶m(K2Fe O4)=5∶1,stirring speed 600 r/min and stirring time 40 min,the coverage rate can be above 90%.When m(PEW)∶m(K2Fe O4)=3∶18∶1,the water absorbing rate of the covering products in ten days is between 0.67%to 4%(temperature 25 ℃ and humidity level 75%),which is much lower than that of uncovered K2 Fe O4(its water absorbing rate is 39%). The releasing rule of K2 Fe O4in water complies with η=ktnkinetics model(R2〉0.97).
