气浮-A/O-活性炭组合工艺处理涂料废水 被引量:6

摘要 涂料废水中有机物含量高,悬浮固体多,可生化性差,出水水质达标难度加大。采用气浮—A/O—活性炭组合工艺处理某涂料厂的生产废水,该废水的COD为4 00020 000 mg/L,BOD5为1 0004 500 mg/L,SS为8004 000 mg/L,NH3-N为1535 mg/L,石油类为3045 mg/L,经组合工艺处理后出水COD为75 mg/L,BOD5为15 mg/L,SS为20mg/L,NH3-N为10 mg/L,石油类为2.1 mg/L,各项指标均达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—2002)二级标准要求。 Since the wastewat er containing paint is characterized by high organic content, more suspended solids and poor biodegradability,it is more difficult for the effluent water quality to reach the set standard. The combined process,air flotation-A/O-activated carbon,has been used for treating the industrial wastewater from a coatings factory. When the wastewater COD is 4 000-2 0000 mg/L,BOD51 000-4 500 mg/L,SS 800-4 000 mg/L,NH3-N15-35 mg/L,and petroleum 30-45 mg/L,the COD of the effluent treated by this combined process is 75 mg/L,BOD515 mg/L,SS 20 mg/L,NH3-N 10 mg/L,and petroleum 2.1 mg/L. Every indicators meets the second level requirements specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978—2002).
