摘要 电网参数错误会给状态估计、坏数据辨识带来不利的影响,并降低能量管理系统中其他高级应用软件的实用化程度。本文提出了一种基于综合可疑度的电网参数错误辨识与估计方法,首先通过可疑测点评价函数确定可疑测点集合,根据支路关联距离的概念对可疑测点评价函数值进行加权,计算支路参数错误综合可疑度,然后按照综合可疑度指标大小的顺序,逐一排查可疑支路的可疑参数,最终将错误参数的最优估计作为一个优化问题求解。算例仿真结果表明,本文提出的方法能够准确有效地辨识电网参数错误并对其进行最优估计,可有效提升电网运行参数的准确性。 The network parameters error can bring adverse effect on the state estimation and bad data identification,and will reduce the practical level of other advanced application software in energy management system. This paper proposes a method of identification and estimation for power grid parameter errors based on comprehensive suspicious degree. Firstly,it determines the set of suspicious points based on the values of evaluation function of all suspicious points. Then the weight and synthesis suspicious degree of suspicious branch parameter error are calculated on the branch correlation distance,and the suspicious parameters of suspicious branches are checked one by one according to the order of comprehensive suspicious degree index. Finally,the error parameters’ estimation is solved as an optimal problem. The example simulation results show that the proposed method can identify network parameter errors accurately and estimate their optimal value,and effectively improves the accuracy of the power grid operation parameters.
