纸质螺杆不同于其他材料加工的螺杆,由于应用在油浸变压器中,既要求有较高的机械强度还得有较高的电气强度。实际生产中多采用分层湿法复合的生产方式,这种方式保证不了机械强度,长期运行在高温变压器油中还易于分层以及导致变压器在运行当中产生一些其他弊病,例如振动、油介质被污染等等。本文重点介绍一次成型生产绝缘螺杆纸板及其干燥过程,其优点是机械强度大,而且它经过浸油干燥后,不分层,在高速铣扣时不产生劈裂、不倒齿牙。

A molding to the production of insulating screw paperboard papermaking and drying process was introduced, its advantages are high mechanical strength, non-layering after immersion and drying, and non-splitting, non-downing-teeth in high speed milling.
