摘要
用超声波对经离子液体预处理后的激光打印废纸进行脱墨,对超声波预处理的温度、时间和功率进行了优化。结果表明:较适宜的超声波预处理条件为温度35℃,时间4 min,功率360 W,在此条件下,激光打印废纸的脱墨效果较好。脱墨浆性能指标为白度84.0%ISO、抗张指数为32.8 N·m·g-1、耐破指数3.16 k Pa·m2·g-1和撕裂指数8.65 m N·m2·g-1,与仅仅用离子液体处理的激光打印废纸相比,经超声处理后的激光打印废纸的脱墨率提高12.93%、白度提高2.9%、抗张指数提高23.2%、耐破指数提高26.35%、撕裂指数提高11.41%。
Laser printing paper was pretreated by ultrasonic, and the temperature, time and ultrasonic power in the pretreatment process were optimized. The results showed that the optimal pretreatment conditions were temperature of 35℃, time of 4 minutes and ultrasonic power of 360 W, in which the effect of laser printing paper deinking was optimal, de-inking efficiency was 29.91%, brightness of de-inking pulp was 84.0%ISO, tensile index 24.6 N·m·g^-1, burst index 1.65k Pa·m^2·g^-1, and tear index 7.8 mN·m^2·g^-1. Compared with pulp pretreated by ionic liquid, deinking rate, whiteness, tensile index, burst index and tear index of the de-inking pulp pretreated by ultrasonicwere improved respectively 12.93%, 2.9%, 23.2%, 26.35% and 11.41%. Pretreatment of ultrasonic can modify the strengthening properties of de-inking pulp and improve its quality so that it can meet the papermaking requirements of middle and low grade paper.
