再造烟叶片基关键物理指标与浆料的质量指标相关性研究

Study on Relationship between Physical Properties of Paper-Making Reconstituted Tobacco Paper Base and the Quality of the Pulp Index

采用SPSS分析软件对在线再造烟叶片基关键物理指标与浆料的质量指标相关性进行研究。结果表明:同一批次再造烟叶片基关键物理指标差异较大,片基物理指标稳定性较差,采用打浆度、纤维湿重两个指标来表征烟草浆料质量还需要进一步论证;片基关键物理指标与低浓打浆度、低浓纤维湿重的Pearson相关性R均小于0.5,说明除了打浆度、纤维湿重外还存在其他影响因素,需要进一步研究确定。

The SPSS analysis software was used to study the relationship between physical properties of online paper-making reconstituted tobacco paper base and the quality of the pulp indexes.The results showed that the key physical indexes of the same batch reconstituted tobacco paper base vary dramatically and the key physical indexes of paper base are unstable, tobacco pulp quality characterizated by two indicators of beating degree and fiber wet weight need further being proved, all of Pearson correlation R of the base key indicators beating degree and fiber wet weight are less than 0.5, showing that other factors need further research to determine.
