As a point city of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, the research and disc ussion of the strategy that enhancing Baoding ＇s cultural soft power, get widespread attention by the local government and the social science circles; this paper starting from the development and utilization of the regional specific cultural resources, and then taking protection and inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage as an example. Advocated to do a good job of Baoding ＇s city culture brand, made culture cluster developed to industrialization and systematization and going an innovative and integrative development road of talent cultivation and resource development, which aims to provide ideas of the positive interaction between the regional cultural soft power and industrial economic development.
