《百花图卷》作者考论

On the painter of The Picture of Flowers

《百花图卷》是现存年代最早的一幅女性画家作品,关于它的作者有四种说法:杨婕妤、杨妹子、杨皇后、杨娃。这四个人名在长期的流传过程中,产生了讹误,出现各种争议。本文通过考证这四个人名之间的关系,最后发现,这四个人名其实是指同一个人,即宋宁宗杨桂枝皇后。通过对杨皇后的生平和这幅画创作时间的考证,最后发现,这幅画的创作者根本不是杨皇后或杨妹子、杨婕妤、杨娃。明三城王朱芝垝为给唐贤妃祝寿,故意伪托杨婕妤之名,提高它的身价,其实它的作者早已佚名。

The Picture of Flowers is the oldest painting by female painter. About its painter, there are four views： Yang Jieyu,Yang Meizi;,Empress Yang, or Yang Wa. During the later long period, mistakes and controversy occurred. This paper studied them and concluded that four of them referred to the same person,that is, Empress Yang Guizhi of Song Dynasty. On the basis of studying Empress Yang＇s life and the time of painting the picture, the author argued the painter was not Empress Yang, or Yang Meizi, or Yang Jieyu, or Yangwa. In order to offer his congratulations on Princess Xian, Zhu Zhiwei, King Sancheng, used the name of Yang Jieyu on purpose to increase its value, but actually its painter had been long forgotten.
