On the value homogeneity of inner-party deliberative democracy and the Party's democratic centralism

中国共产党的党内协商民主是党内民主的重要实现形式,其实质就是为广大党员参与党内事务提供广阔的渠道和制度平台。党的民主集中制是民主基础上的集中和集中指导下的民主相结合的根本组织原则和领导制度,其实质是保障权利与规范权力的有机统一。党内协商民主和党的民主集中制是相容而不是相悖的关系,两者的内在统一性在本质上体现为价值的同构性,即都是基于人本主义与集体主义相统一的一种价值定位。
