Excellent Literary Works Reflecting the Era Reality:A Discussion on the Poems of Zhu Guangqian in the 1950s

朱光潜是现代著名诗论家,很少创作诗歌作品。但他在20世纪50年代中后期观光考察西北的过程中,却以前所未有的创作激情,连续创作发表了一组诗歌,直面现实生活,热情讴歌了新中国初期社会主义建设的新成就。这些诗歌创作一方面是朱光潜在知识分子改造运动中获得肯定的真情写照,另一方面也是他对当时新诗创作现状的一种反思与体验。朱光潜的诗歌创作及新诗观对今天的诗坛仍具有一定的启迪意义。

Zhu Guangqian is one of the well-known poetry critics,but he rarely engages in the writing of poetry.However,in the middle and late 1950 s,when he was visiting the Northwest,he wrote a series of poems with an unprecedented passion to praise the achievements of the Chinese socialist construction. On the one hand,these poems expressed the feeling of being accepted in the reform of intellectuals. On the other hand,they reflected his thinking on the new poetry written at that time. His poetry and opinions still have some enlightening significance in the current poetic circles.
