摘要
地方高校辅导员职业成长情况是全国高校辅导员队伍建设的一个侧面。通过对某地方高校近10年入职辅导员职业成长的分析发现,辅导员队伍处于起始专业化程度不高、学院之间交流不多、职业发展空间受限等困境。究其原因,高校辅导员招聘方式和要求、实际工作内容和环境、职业发展前景迷茫等影响了辅导员职业成长。因此,高校应以辅导员职业知识为依据,选拔职业化辅导员;以辅导员职业能力为基础,明确辅导员职业要求;以辅导员职业标准为导向,打造辅导员职业平台。
Local college counselors' career development is part of the profile of the construction of college counselors' team. Based on the analysis of the career development of counselors in a local university recruited in the past 10 years,the paper finds that college counselors are in a dilemma of low degree of specialization,lack in communication between institutes and limit of ca- reer development prospects, etc. The reasons should be due to the methods and requirements of recruitment of college counsel- ors,actual work content and environment and the prospects of career development. Therefore, colleges and universities should select professional counselors according to their professional knowledge. Career requirements of counselors should also be specified on the basis of their professional competence. The ultimate goal is to build a career platform for counselors with professionalization as the standard.
