目前,我国开始由生存型社会走向发展型社会,但经济发展和社会转型遇到了严峻挑战,各地区在产业结构及发展水平、人口分布及人才结构、市场经济体制的发育程度等方面发展差距显著。职业教育作为国民教育系列中一种相对独立的教育类型,因其独有的特征和功能,在推动社会转型、促进区域经济协同发展中具有重大作用。

At present,our country started from the necessity of social to the development--oriented society,but the economic development and social transformation meeting the biggest challenge, various areas in the industrial structure and development level, population distribution and talent structure,and degree of the development of market economy development gap is obvious. Vocational education as a national education series is a kind of relatively independent type of education, because of its unique features and functions, plays an important role in promotingsocial transformation and the coordinated development of regional e- conomy.
