研究生培养机制改革的关键是理顺学校、导师和研究生之间的关系。理顺这一关系的核心,就是明晰研究生导师的责权关系,强化导师责任意识。本文在培养机制改革背景下,分别厘清学术学位和专业学位导师岗位职责和岗位权力,试图构建以导师为第一责任人的责权机制,以达到充分发挥导师的主导作用、提升导师指导水平的目的。

During the training mode reform, clear the academic degree and professional degree supervisors rights and responsibilities,as the most important person in the graduate training,then improve the quality of graduate students.
