摘要
研究生培养机制改革的关键是理顺学校、导师和研究生之间的关系。理顺这一关系的核心,就是明晰研究生导师的责权关系,强化导师责任意识。本文在培养机制改革背景下,分别厘清学术学位和专业学位导师岗位职责和岗位权力,试图构建以导师为第一责任人的责权机制,以达到充分发挥导师的主导作用、提升导师指导水平的目的。
The most important thing in the training mode reform is to straighten out the relationship between school, supervisors and students. Above all, clear the relationship between graduate supervisors responsibilities and rights, strengthen supervisors sense of responsibility. During the training mode reform, clear the academic degree and professional degree supervisors rights and responsibilities,as the most important person in the graduate training,then improve the quality of graduate students.
