农科大学生自主创业困境与对策

在当前就业形势日益严峻的情况下,大学生自主创业成为缓解就业压力的一个重要途径。目前农科大学生自主创业面临着创业意识薄弱、经营管理能力不强、人脉少、创业风险大、资金不足、农业高科技产品少等困境,导致农科大学生自主创业成功率仍然很低。今后应着力强化农科大学生自主创业能力培养,加强企业经营管理能力培养,设立大学生自主创业专项基金,引导毕业生转变就业观念,充分利用社会资源和制定相关优惠政策,以增强农科大学生自主创业能力。

With the increasingly severe employment situation, college students＇ self--employment has become an important way of relieving the employment pressure. But it also faces some predicaments at present such as the weakness of enterprise con- sciousness,poor ability of enterprise management, narrow circle of connections, greatness of risk, shortage of funds and high teach agricultural products is fewer,etc. These reasons lead to a low rate of success in agricultural college students＇ self--employment. In the future, the cultivation of self--employed ability and enterprisemanagement ability of college students should be strengthened,college students self--employed special funds should be established, and the graduates＇ employmenteoncept should be guided to change, besides, it should be make full use of social resources and the government should formulate relevant- preferential policies for self--employed college students.
