运用文献资料比较分析法,探讨华佗五禽戏及虎戏来源。认为华佗五禽戏是华佗在当时历史背景下根据六禽戏创建而成;虎戏虽然在名称来源上与"虎顾""虎匽""蹶"有一定联系,在动作上只起源于《导引图》中"蹶"术式。

The author discussed the origination of Huatuo＇s Five-animal Exercises and its Huxi by adopting the means of literature or material comparative analysis. Huatuo established Huatuo＇s Five-animal Exercises under his historical background, based on Six-animal Exercises. Although Huxi is related to the motion called Hu Gu, Hu Yan, Jue in terms of the name, it only originates from the motion called Jue in the literature of Dao-Yin Tu in terms of the motion.
