舒肝解郁胶囊联合舍曲林改善老年精神分裂症阴性症状的效果研究

Effectiveness of Shugan Jieyu capsule combined antipsychotics on negative symptoms of Senile Schizophrenia

目的观察并探讨舒肝解郁胶囊(shugan jieyu capsule,SGJY)联合抗抑郁药物舍曲林(sertraline,Ser)治疗老年精神分裂症(senile schizophrenia,SSP)阴性症状的有效性。方法选择自2012年8月—2015年4月住院治疗的SSP阴性症状患者96例,按照随机数字法将96例患者分为观察组和对照组各48例,对照组给予舍曲林治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用SGJY胶囊治疗。治疗前后统计2组阴性症状评分(negative symptom score,NSS)、阳性症状评分(positive symptom score,PSS)、一般精神性病理症状积分(general psychiatric symptom score,GPSS)及总分,评价2组综合疗效,并统计2组不良反应的发生情况。结果治疗前,2组NSS、PSS、GPSS及总分相比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组NSS、PSS、GPSS及总分分别为(9.4±3.2)分、(16.8±4.2)分、(10.9±3.8)分和(37.2±7.2)分,对照组为(12.6±4.1)分、(20.5±3.8)分、(14.3±3.6)分和(46.8±7.9)分,观察组各项评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组有效率为95.8%(46/48),对照组为81.2%(39/48),观察组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为8.3%(4/48),对照组为12.5%(6/48),2组相比差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 SGJY胶囊联合抗抑郁药物Ser治疗能明显改善SSP阴性症状,疗效显著。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of Shugan Jieyu capsule （SGJY） combined antipsychotics Serlraline （Ser） on the negative symptoms of Senile Schizophrenia（SSP）. Methods Total 96 patients with SSP negative symptoms in this hospital between August,2012 and April,2015 were selected and randomized divided into two groups ,48 cases in the observation group and the control group. The control group was treated with Ser,while the observation group with SGJY on the basis of control group. Before and after the treatment, the negative symptoms, positive symptoms, general psychiatric symptoms score and total score in two groups were evaluated, and the comprehensive effects of the two groups were evaluated, as well as the adverse reactions of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The difference of negative symptom score, positive symptoms score, general mental pathological symptom score and total score before the treatment was not statistically significant between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; after the treatment, the negative symptom score, positive symptoms score, general psychiatric pathology symptom score and total score in the observation group was （9.4 ± 3.2 ） points, （ 16.8± 4.2） points, （ 10.9 ± 3.8 ） points and （ 37.2 ± 7.2） points, respectively, while in the control group was （ 12.6 ±4.1 ） points, （20.5±3.8） points, （ 14.3±3.6） points and （46.8±7.9） points,respectively,the score in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ） ;the efficiency in observation group was 95.8% （46/48）, while in the control group was 81.2% （ 39/48 ）, the observation group was significantly higher as compared with the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ） ;the adverse reactions rate in observation group was 8.3% （4/48） , while in the control group was 12.5% （6/48）, the difference was not statistically significant（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion SGJY combined with Ser treatment can significantly improve symptoms in SSP patients with negative symptoms, the effect is significant.
