摘要
在风冷柴油机及通用汽油机装配中,箱盖、缸盖、飞轮螺栓的拧紧,通常是由操作工采用风扳机逐个拧紧,这种方式对螺栓力矩的控制及密封性等要求控制不严。采用全自动螺栓拧紧机操作后,不但极大地节省劳动力,并且使得质量保证能力得到极大的提高,也体现了技术进步在传统装配行业中的运用,具有先进性。
In the air-cooled diesel and petrol engine assembly, tightening of the cover,cylinder head,flywheel bolts are usually done by operators with pneumatic wrenches,which does not require strictly the control and sealing to bolt torque.After adopting automatic bolt tightening machine,not only labor has been saved greatly,but also the quality has been improved greatly,which embodies the technological progress in the application of traditional assembly industry.
