摩擦式吊具的力学分析

摘要 摩擦式吊具提升与传动的载体是钢丝绳,在其运动过程中,钢丝绳不仅会表现出大的变形和柔性变化,而且伴随着与滑轮之间的摩擦,还会产生非线性的接触运动。准确具体地对摩擦式吊具进行其运动中的力学原理及现象进行分析,已然成为摩擦式力学特性研究的关键点。本文将针对摩擦式吊具在运动中体现出来的力学现象,在速度、加速度、摩擦系数等方面进行分析。 Friction spreader uses wirerope to lift and drive,the rope will not only exhibit large deformation and flexible change,but also produce nonlinear contact sport accompanied by friction between the pulleys.Accurate analysis of the phenomenon of friction spreader in its movement has become a key point of the study of mechanical properties of friction.This article will focus on mechanics phenomena reflected in the movement of friction spreader and analyze in terms of speed,acceleration, and friction coefficient.
