摘要 随着经济的发展,人们对于生活质量有着更高的要求,烹饪逐渐成为一种热门的职业。然而,目前烹饪学校因教学中存在一些问题,导致学生实践能力与创新能力较差,在实际走向工作岗位时,无法满足社会对从业人才的要求。基于此,主要阐述烹饪教学中学生实践与创新能力的培养策略。 With the development of economy, people have higher requirements for the quality of life, cooking has become a hot career. However, there are some problems in the teaching of cooking school, which leads to poor practical ability and innovative ability of students, and can not meet the requirements of the society to the employees in the actual work position. Based on this, this paper mainly expounded the cultivation strategy of cooking teaching practice and innovation ability.
