甘薯采后生理及贮藏保鲜技术研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 我国种植甘薯大约有670万公顷,年产出1亿吨,由于贮藏不当,发霉腐烂变质大概30%。为提高甘薯资源利用率,减少甘薯资源浪费,提升甘薯产业整体效益。通过对甘薯采后贮藏生理特性、影响甘薯贮藏的因素、甘薯贮藏保鲜技术研究等内容进行综述,旨在为甘薯采后贮藏保鲜提供借鉴。 Sweet potato is considered the perfect nutrition food and health food, which is not only the important raw material for traditional Starch Industry, refined food's processing and fermentation Industries, but also the first chosen material of new type fuel ethanol. Due to the above reasons, the need of sweet potatoes grows rapidly. Traditional preserve technology can only meet the need of six months' supply.hus it has becomes the bottleneck of industrial development. This article summarizes the research methods in post harvest physiology and preservation technique of sweet potatoes, which aims to provide some scientific guideline for the preservation of sweet potato for mass production.
