摘要
蛋白质作为食品中的一种重要成分,其分离纯化技术受到许多科研工作者的关注。近年来,磁性纳米颗粒在蛋白质分离技术中的应用迅速发展,研究者们在磁颗粒表面上结合不同的基团,如螯合物、官能团、与模板蛋白对应的聚合物结构等,来实现对不同蛋白质的特异性分离和纯化。
Protein is an important component in food, and its separation and purification technology is concerned by many researchers. In recent years, magnetic nanoparticles in protein separation technology in the application of rapid development, the researchers in magnetic particle surface with different groups, such as chelate, functional group, and the template protein corresponding to the polymer structure to achieve the specificity of different protein separation and purification.
