摘要
采用气相色谱法对市面黄酒中氨基甲酸乙酯(EC)含量进行测定。黄酒中氨基甲酸乙酯(EC)中色谱柱为HP-5(30.00 mm×0.25 mm,0.25μm),进样量为1μL,分流比为50∶1;进样口温度控制在200℃,柱温控制在170℃。结果表明:当EC质量浓度达到2~30μg/m L时,其能够达到最佳线性关系,r=1.000;EC加样回收率为89.67%,相对标准偏差RSD为3.99%;10种黄酒样品中,只有2种测出含有EC。由此表明,在黄酒EC测定中气相色谱法具有一定的应用价值。
To determinate the ethyl urethane(EC) content in yellow rice wine by gas chromatography, the chromatographic column was HP-5(30.00 mm×0.25 mm, 0.25 μm), the sample volume was 1 L, the split ratio was 50 ∶ 1; the sample inlet temperature was controlled at 200 ℃, and the column temperature was controlled at 170℃. The results showed that when the EC mass concentration was reached 2 ~ 30 g/mL, which was capable of the best linear relationship, r = 1.000; EC and sample recovery rate was 89.67%, the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 3.99%; 10 kinds of yellow rice wine samples, only two were detected containing EC. This showed that determination has certain application value of gas chromatography in Yellow Wine EC.
