摘要
超高压技术是一种新型食品加工技术,在发酵食品加工领域得到了广泛的应用。基于此,对超高压技术进行简单介绍,分析超高压技术在发酵食品加工技术中的具体应用。
Ultra-high pressure technology is a new type of food processing technology, and it has a widely application in the fermented food processing technology. Based on this, this paper had a simply introduce of the Ultra-high pressure technology and analyzed its specific application in the fermented food processing technology.
