The Construction of Political Legitimacy and Overcoming of the Crisis of National Identity

国家认同危机已成为一个全球现象,影响着国家安全与社会稳定。尽管不同国家中的国家认同危机有不同表现,但最终都将落实到政治的层面上。所以,国家认同危机在根本上就是对国家政治系统认同的危机,反映了国家的政治合法性问题。加强多民族国家各族民众之于国家政治系统的认同,使国家具有足够的政治合法性,是克服国家认同危机之根本。

National identity crisis has become a global phenomenon, which has affected the national security and social stability. Although the national identity crisis in different countries has different performance it is eventually implemented in the political level. Therefore the national identity crisis is in fact the national political system identity crisis, which reflects the state political legitimacy. Strengthening the identity of the national political system by the people of all ethnic groups to ensure the political legitimacy in the multi-ethnic country, is the fundamental way of overcoming the crisis of national identity.
