摘要
针对普通叉车搬运或堆垛木料、型材及水管等细长物件时,作业效率低且不方便,将工程车辆的转向装置应用于四向平衡重式叉车,并以蓄电池为动力源,采用双电机驱动与双转向系统,车辆可根据实际工况在原地转向实现前、后、左、右四个方向自由转向及行驶,无转弯半径,实现车辆作业的高效性,较好解决了货架之间由于受窄小通道的限制车辆在通道内转弯困难的问题。采用智能化安全感控装置和模块化多轴联合控制装置可实现车辆现场障碍物准确发现与自动避让、防打滑控制、防转弯侧翻控制,自主研发的液压控制系统可使叉车在纵向行驶和横向行驶时切换方便、可靠。
In view of the problem that the common forklift used to handle or stack slender objects like timber,profile,and pipe works in a low-efficient and inconvenient way,the steering device of the engineering vehicles is applied on the four-direction balanced heavy-type forklift. With the storage battery as the power source,double-motor drive and doublesteering system are used to realize free steering and running in front,back,left,and right directions at the original position,without turning radius,which can guarantee efficient vehicle operation,and better solve the problem of difficulty in vehicle turning in the restricted narrow channel between shelves. The intelligent safety-sensitive device and modular multiaxle combined control device are equipped on the vehicles to accurately identify on-site obstacles for voluntary avoidance,with anti-slip control and anti-turning overturning control. The independently developed hydraulic control system can enable the forklift to switch in an easy and reliable manner during longitudinal and transverse driving.
