基于Ansys的带式输送机转运站基础载荷的计算

Ansys-based calculation for basic load of transfer point of belt conveyer

为解决带式输送机不规则钢结构转运站的基础载荷的计算问题,首先介绍钢结构转运站的结构、所受载荷类型及载荷组合,然后通过Ansys有限元分析软件对某煤矿的钢结构转运站进行建模、加载、求解,最后利用Ansys软件的后处理器,方便地得到了转运站的基础载荷数据,对计算类似钢结构的基础载荷有一定的借鉴意义。

To solve the calculation problem of basic load of the transfer point of irregular steel structure of the belt conveyer,the paper introduces the construction,load type and load combination of the steel transfer point. Ansys finite element analysis software is used to develop the model of steel transfer point at certain coal station for loading and solving. The basic load data for the transfer point is obtained using the post processor of Ansys,providing guidance for calculating the basic load of similar steel structures.
