摘要 从模态、刚度、强度等方面出发,对岸边集装箱起重机小车架的轻量化进行了系统研究。首先创建小车架的有限元模型,利用优化拉丁超立方实验设计方法进行灵敏度分析。根据灵敏度分析结果筛选出对模态、刚度、强度、质量较敏感的18个变量,并构建4阶响应面近似模型,在此模型的基础上采用多岛遗传算法进行全局优化。优化结果表明:在保证刚度、强度、模态满足规范要求的前提下,质量降低了20.41%,优化效果明显,达到了轻量化的目的。 The paper systematically studies the light weight of the trolley of quayside container crane in terms of modal,rigidity,and strength. The paper develops a finite element model for the trolley frame first,and performs sensitivity analysis with the optimized Latin hypercube experimental design method. Eighteen variables including modal,rigidity,strength,and mass are screened based on the sensitivity analysis result. The 4-order response surface approximate model is developed. Based on the model,an overall optimization is made using Multi-Island Genetic Algorithm. The optimization result shows that the mass reduces by 20. 41% under the premise of meeting requirements on rigidity,strength,and modal,realizing significant optimization and light-weight purpose.
