摘要 针对汽车起重机起升液压系统可靠性的问题,提出了基于模糊集理论、T-S模糊故障树和BN网络相结合的系统可靠性分析方法。将T-S模糊故障树转化为BN(贝叶斯)网络,运用模糊集理论,利用专家对基本事件的主观评价转化为模糊数,得到精确失效概率。通过BN网络的双向推理计算能力,得到顶事件发生概率,各基本事件的后验概率及其重要度。通过对汽车起重机起升系统分析,发现系统薄弱环节,全面高效的对系统进行可靠性分析。 In view of the problem regarding reliability of the jacking hydraulic system of the truck crane,the paper puts forward the system reliability analysis method based on fuzzy set theory,T- S fuzzy fault tree and BN network. The paper converts T- S fuzzy fault tree to the BN network and transforms experts' subjective evaluations on basic events to the fuzzy number with the fuzzy set theory to get the precise failure probability. Through bi-direction reasoning calculation capacity of the BN network,the probability of top event occurrence,post-checking probability and importance degree of each basic event are obtained. Through analysis of the jacking system of the truck crane,the system weak link is found,which can perform reliability analysis for the system in a comprehensive and effective way.
