摘要
为了解决RAM双箱吊具摆动液压缸故障后维修难的问题,结合RAM双箱吊具和BROMMA单箱吊具导板驱动机构的异同,实现了BROMMA单箱吊具的导板驱动装置在RAM双箱吊具上的应用。文中针对吊具的改造进行论述。通过改造降低了吊具的故障率,提高了作业效率,且可获得可观的直接经济效益。
To solve the problem that it' s difficult to repair the faulty swing hydraulic cylinder of RAM double-box sling,the paper considers similarities and differences of the guide driving mechanisms of RAM double-box sling and BROMMA single--box sling,and applies the guide driving device of BROMMA single-box sling in RAM double-box sling.The paper discusses the transformation of the sling,which can reduce the sling fault rate,improve operation efficiency,and obtain considerable economic benefit.
