制丝线生产设备节能运行模式的优化设计 被引量:8

摘要 为解决卷烟制丝线因辅联设备空转等料、设备预热时间长、风力送丝负压供大于求等原因,造成企业能源消耗高等问题,对制丝线生产设备节能运行模式进行了优化设计:1主机设备细化控制单元,利用有料信号触发下游控制单元辅联设备的启动;2优化PID参数和排冷凝水控制方式,缩短设备预热时间,避免辅联设备出现空转现象;3采用变频自动控制技术,保证开启卷接机组台数与负压风机频率相匹配。结果表明:改进后制丝生产线节能模式运行稳定,整条生产线可在无料状态下全线启动,辅联设备实现了有料启动、无料停止功能;节约电能42.36万k W·h/年,蒸汽1 311.8 t/年,全年节省费用64万余元,有效减少了制丝线能源消耗,降低了生产设备运行成本。 To minimize energy consumption caused by idle running, preheating process and excess negative pressure supplying to the pneumatic conveying system in tobacco primary processing line, the running mode of equipment was optimized as following: 1) The control units in main equipment were finely divided, and the startup of downstream auxiliary equipment control unit was triggered by tobacco presence signal. 2) Optimizing PID parameters and the control means for steam condensate exhaust and accelerating equipment preheating to avoid auxiliary equipment's idle running. 3) Adopting frequency conversion automatic control technology to ensure the match between the number of running cigarette makers and the frequency of fan motor. The results indicated that: tobacco primary processing line ran stably under energy saving mode, the whole production line could all start up without material, and auxiliary equipment started up by tobacco presence signal and stopped once empty of tobacco. 423.6 thousand k W·h of electric power and 1 311.8 tons of steam, valued more than640 thousand RMB yuan, were saved per year. The cost of equipment running was reduced effectively.
