摘要
应用有限元软件ADINA分别建立了传统水润滑橡胶轴承及其改进结构的CFD和FSI模型,分析比较水流轴向流速、轴的周向转速等参数对轴瓦变形和水膜压力分布的影响规律。计算结果表明文章提出的轴承改进结构的承载力较传统的水润滑轴承承载力提高20%,具有较好的工程应用前景。
Using the finite element software ADINA, traditional water lubricated rubber bearings is established and the structure of CFD and FSI model is improved, and comparison of the axial flow velocity、axial circumferential speed and other parameters on the deformation of shell is analyzed and the water film pressure distribution is investigated. The calculation results show that the bearing capacity of the improved structure is improved by 20% compared with the conventional water lubricated bearings, which has better engineering application prospect.
