A Study on Collaborative Innovation Development between Local Universities and New Urbanization

地方高校是我国高等教育体系的主体,是服务区域经济社会发展的主力军,地方高校转型在发展理念、利益追求、行动主体、组织平台、实施机制、文化创新等方面都与新型城镇化建设之间存在耦合关系。在创新驱动战略下,只有树立产教融合的理念,推进多元参与合作办学,深入开展创新人才交流,完善创新驱动的组织平台,健全"产—学—研—用"合作机制,不断培育创新文化,才能实现地方高校转型与新型城镇化建设的协同,促进地方高等教育与区域经济社会互动发展。

Local universities are the main body of the higher education system as well as the main force of serving the regional economy and social development of community. The transformation of local universities and new urbanization interact and affect each other in terms of: development ideas, interest pursuits, strategic plan, organizational platform, implementation mechanisms and cultural innovation. In the innovation-driven strategy, we can establish the concept of project-based learning, promote pluralistic participation in cooperative education, carry out innovative talents exchanges, improve the innovation-driven organizational platform, and perfect 'production-learning-research-application'cooperation mechanisms, as well as continually nurture the innovation culture. Thus the collaboration between local universities' transformation and new urbanization will come true. In addition, the development between local higher education and regional economy and society will be developed interactively.
