摘要
近年来对老旧码头安全性评估主要依靠检测结果定性分析,较少采用系统的量化评估方法 ,对高桩框架码头开展量化评估的更少。通过对高桩框架码头受损情况调查分析,建立安全性评估模型,基于模糊层次分析法及熵权法确定码头的安全等级,全面反映高桩框架码头的安全情况。运用该方法对某码头进行安全性评估,得到结果与该码头实际安全等级相一致,验证了该方法的可行性,可为类似的工程评估提供参考依据,也可为码头的运营决策提供依据。
In recent years,the safety assessment of old piers mainly relies on qualitative analysis of the test re- suits,and use less systematic quantitative assessment methods.The quantitative evaluations of high-piled framed wharfs are also seldom carried out.This paper establishes safety assessment models by analyzing the damage situation of high-piled framed wharf, and determines the security level of the pier based on fuzzy ana- lytic hierarchy process and Entropy weight method.The method can accurately reflect the security situation of high-piled wharf.This method was used in a wharf safety assessment,the test result is in accordance with the wharf fact safety level that proves this method's feasibility.The method can offer evaluation and reference for similar projects, also provide-the basis for operational decisions.
